HideGear Leather specializes in creating unique handmade one of a kind custom leather goods for clients who are seeking a personalized build experience. Recent projects include briefcases, belts, wallets, tote bags, dog collars and more. Projects vary in price and depend on the price of materials, time to create each piece, and complexity of the process such as hand stitched (saddlestitch) or machine stitching.

I’m Aaron Meyer and I’m going to be working with you through the entire build process; from choosing the leather and hardware to the finer details such as dimensions, and edge finishing. Every item is designed specifically for its owner and no two projects are the same. The key at the beginning of the design phase is a lot of communication, emails, telephone chats to make sure all the details are understood even before I order components to make the bag. Then you get to follow along photos of the build until it’s packaged and shipped to you for a lifetime of enjoyment.
